We are passionate and delighted to inspire and empower Tanzanians to think like entrepreneurs and at the same time we want all Tanzanians to be Entrepreneurial, to work under their own initiative and to realize that if something is not happening, then they have to make it happen. Be the change you want to see in the United Republic of Tanzania. Tanzania is the land of opportunity. Any one will tell you, it is the place to take an initiative and start something of your own. So why are not more Tanzanians doing it? The answer is simple. Increasing entrepreneurship in Tanzania is the golden highway to economic freedom. The Tanzanian economy is dependent on entrepreneurial activity for creating future economic growth and jobs. We inspire Tanzanians to be entrepreneurial in order to succeed their highest dream and vision. We want Tanzania to succeed. Keeping the United Republic of Tanzania strong and moving the United Republic of Tanzania forward. Entrepreneurs are ordinary people who do extra ordinary things. They take everyday ideas and give them some magic. You don’t need a lot of experience or resources to be an entrepreneur. You need passion and persistence. In simple terms, an entrepreneur is someone who creates a new opportunity in the world of business and assembles the resources necessary to successfully exploit that opportunity – money, people, and organization. The world of entrepreneurship was given a new shot of energy by the amazing expansion of the worldwide WEB; in 1993, no website existed on the internet. By June 1996, 200,000 sites had been launched, but September 1997, only 15 months later, the internet was home to 1,400,000 websites and more than 25,000,000 users. In early 2000, 15.7 million domain names were registered on the internet. So, entrepreneurship is also about creativity, innovation, and change. Entrepreneurship involves challenge, persistence, and planning. Approach to entrepreneurship starts with a mindset and spirit. Then it guides you in discovering the strategies, skills, and tools you must find and use to turn ideas into opportunities and opportunities into successful business concepts. Entrepreneurship is not about getting one over on the customer. It is not about working on your own. It is not about looking out for number one. It is not necessarily about making a lot of money. It is absolutely not about letting work take over your life. On the contrary, it is about turning what excites you in life into capital, so that you can do more of it and move forward with it. Entrepreneurship is business’s beating heart. Entrepreneurship is not about capital: it is about strong and wonderful ideas. Entrepreneurship is also about excellence – not excellence measured in awards, or other people’s approval, but the sort one achieves for oneself, by exploring what the world has to offer. Enjoy yourself and never underestimate yourself. Never let anyone tell you it can’t be done when you know in your heart it can.
