The revenue generated from Udzungwa Mountains College Students Club of Entrepreneurship (UMCSCE) and supported by the college management are channeled to the Udzungwa Mountains College Foundation (UMCF) towards financing and empowering its other social enterprise initiatives which provide small start-up funding for our college students who are entrepreneurs and other small businesses and start-ups for small entrepreneurs, new and well – established entrepreneurs who already had some success under their belts with their small business and just needed help in taking it to the next stage.
The mentors on the network are providing college students who are entrepreneurs, small entrepreneurs, new and well – established entrepreneurs with access to networks and transferring knowledge and experience to those who are up – and – coming in order to help them transform entrepreneurial ideas into businesses or other enterprises.
College students, small entrepreneurs, new and well – established entrepreneurs are given guidance by the entrepreneurship professional community who are bringing entrepreneurial skills up – to – date. Through this initiative they get knowledge and expertise about the entrepreneurship industry at large, covering the most relevant topics and advice to succeed.
Through our initiative Udzungwa Mountains College Students Club of Entrepreneurship (UMCSCE) via its forum events, aims at bringing together under one roof – college students who are entrepreneurs, small entrepreneurs, new and well – established entrepreneurs in touch with highly successful entrepreneurs, business leaders, the business community, venture capitalists, angel investors and many more from across Tanzania and the world at large – mentors who will offer insight, expertise, and experience into a wide spectrum of industries.
